Any person can register on the AppToMe platform, becoming an "Interested Party" to the processing, by providing a series of personal data.
An association has the possibility of sending a registered user to the platform.
The personal data necessary for registering a user on the platform are those indicated with an asterisk on the registration page.

By providing this data, each user will be assigned an account on AppToMe, protected by a password chosen by the user himself.

The data relating to the user's profile: mandatory and optional data, accepted links to the associations present in AppToMe are retained until the individual user requests deletion of the profile.
The data managed by voluntary associations for their own purposes and organizational purposes are stored by Pagina46 on the basis of the instructions provided by the associations.
If the contractual relationship between a voluntary association and Pagina46 S.r.l. ceases, the latter will delete the information relating to the relationship between the association and the user.
The data relating to the use of the platform is recorded for logging purposes and diagnostics of errors or malfunctions and stored for a maximum period of 18 months.
The personal data processed will be stored in digital format at a hosting service provider identified as "Data Controller" by Page 46 and by the associations that use the platform.
To improve the way in which services are provided and check for any errors when using the platform, "bug reporting" services provided by a cloud service based in the United States are used.
